Nine months since my last newsletter.
Feels good to hit send again.
I took a quiet break from creating content. I wasnāt gone gone, although clearly not active enough to get a Top Voice nomination this year š
I had a lot on my plate which pulled me away from creating content, sharing thoughts, and contributing to this amazing industry again.
This edition of Affiliate Snacks will be a bit ego-centric, although if even only one single person feels inspired, learns something new, or gets that tiny push to try a fresh idea, it already did its job.
The truth is, I wasnāt standing still:
I wrapped up my journey at Loop Earplugs after three beautiful years to chase my own dreams
I jumped back into freelancing and started an affiliate marketing agency from zero
I went from leading a team to mostly operating fully hands-on again
I built systems, processes, workflows from scratch
I networked like crazy
I onboarded new clients and helped shape their affiliate foundations
I became a first-time speaker at PI Live
I started and failed some little side projects
I mixed in some travel and holidays because life is more than dashboards
And now Iām back.
Fresh energy. New perspective. More ideas than ever.
Being back on my own gave me a fresh view on what affiliate managers actually deal with day to day. No buffers, no layers, no internal teams, no fancy reporting tools or crmās, low or non-existing budgets and less brand awareness to profit from.
Just real work, real processes, real relationship building. It pushed me to rethink how programs grow and what brands truly need.
You can expect consistency again from me, plus new resources, tool recommendations, frameworks, and some behind-the-scenes insights.
A small teaser for the next edition: Iāve been using different affiliate research tools like AffiliateFinder.ai and Affistash, and Iāll share how these help me search for affiliates.
If you are a DTC brand and need advisory, support, or a partner who can help grow your affiliate program, feel free to reach out here, on Linkedin, or on a videocall.
Glad to be back, and Iām always happy to help ā¤ļø
(Some links in my content may be affiliate links. They never cost you anything extra, and I only recommend tools I personally use on a regular basis.)
