Turns out Sezgi understands this tool better than I do at this point.
Quick one this week.
I write about AffiliateFinder here fairly often, but lately I've noticed my own team spotting things in the tool that I hadn't paid much attention to myself.
So instead of giving you my take again, I asked Sezgi, who runs a lot of our day to day recruitment work inside AffiliateFinder, what her three favorite things about it are. Here's her answer, mostly in her own words.
Custom lists that keep everything organized
One feature I use all the time is the ability to save affiliates into custom, color-coded lists. I can organize partners by campaign type, or whatever makes sense for my workflow. The best part is that I can use those same lists later when creating campaigns, so I don't have to start from zero every time. It might sound like a small feature, but once you're managing hundreds of affiliates, staying organized makes a huge difference. It saves me a lot of time.
Manually adding missing email addresses to campaigns
This is one of those features that solves a really frustrating problem. Sometimes AffiliateFinder can't find an affiliate's email address, which is completely normal, no database is 100% complete. Before this update, those affiliates couldn't be added to a campaign, meaning I'd either lose the lead or have to manage everything manually outside the platform. Now I can simply find the email on the affiliate's website or through other methods, add it myself, and continue working in the same campaign. It's such a simple addition, but it means valuable opportunities don't slip through the cracks.
Personalized AI emails that don't feel generic
This is probably my favorite feature overall. We all know how easy it is to spot a generic outreach email, and those usually end up being ignored. What I really like is that AffiliateFinder goes beyond just filling in a name. It analyzes both your brand and the affiliate's website, finds content that's actually relevant, and can reference that content in the email. That makes the outreach feel much more personal and thoughtful. I also love how flexible it is. You can choose different personalization styles depending on your campaign, whether you want to focus on your brand, competitors, or relevant content from the affiliate's site. It saves me a huge amount of time and I think that naturally leads to better conversations and higher reply rates.
This week, try this:
Start your free trial in case you aren’t a user yet. (Dm me if you want a 10% off code)
Set up two or three color-coded lists for your own affiliate campaigns instead of one big undifferentiated list, and reuse one the next time you build a campaign.
Next time an affiliate seems to have dropped out of a campaign, check if it's simply a missing email before writing off the lead. Add it manually and see if that recovers the opportunity.
Turn on AI personalization for one outreach campaign and compare reply rates against whatever template you're using now.
Talk soon,
Jani Gysels
